Connected Sources

When you connect a data source (Google Drive, SharePoint, WordPress, Shopify, or a local folder), we process the OAuth tokens necessary to sync content, plus the documents, files, and metadata you choose to connect.

Chat & Usage Data

  • Questions you ask and answers generated.
  • Feedback you provide on answers.
  • Usage and credit-consumption metrics per tenant.

Embeddable Widget Visitors

If you install our chat widget on your own website, visitor questions submitted through that widget are processed the same way as questions asked directly in the app, so we can generate an answer.

Server Log Files

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Date and time of the request.
  • Pages viewed.

4. Third-Party AI Services

We use Google Vertex AI / Gemini models to generate answers, perform document analysis, and power search. Data you send through the platform (your questions and the document content needed to answer them) is processed by these providers under their own data processing terms, and is not used to train their general-purpose models when accessed via their API.

  • To create and manage your account and tenant.
  • To ingest, index, and search the documents you connect.
  • To generate chat answers grounded in your data.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To monitor and report on usage and credits.
